Research On Energy Dispatching Transaction And Safety Supervision Based On Block Chain

The Blockchain has the features of intelligent contracts,distribution decision,cooperative autonomy,tamper resistance and transparency.These characteristics make it naturally similar to the Energy Internet in running ways,topological form,bilateral trade and synergic dispatch and so on.It can finely support the construction of Energy Internet.Based on the analysis of the physical topological and the logical protocol hierarchy of the Energy Internet.This paper,from the perspective of Blockchain as well as Energy Internet,proposes the Energy Internet hierarchy model which based on Blockchain and designs the intelligent trade model of Energy Internet and trust mechanism.Beyond that,this paper also discusses the synergic scheduling model between vertical hierarchical scheduling system and multi-level substation after the decentralized of the dispatch section as well as the corresponding security check of power grid and physical constraints.After the partly decentralized of Energy Internet,a intelligent transaction,synergic dispatch,which are supported by "Blockchain technique" are formed.In addition,based on block chain technology and taking advantage of the natural advantages of block chain technology in trustworthiness assurance,this paper proposes a framework and model of energy data regulation and transaction based on the synergy of private chain,alliance chain and public chain.At the same time,this paper studies the security supervision mechanism of energy data source based on private chain and the network data supervision mechanism based on Raft consensus algorithm.Beyond that,this paper also designs the third party platform of data sharing transaction based on block chain,the structure of summary directory and authentication transaction mechanism.Finally,this paper forms a safety supervision and sharing transaction mode of energy data point-to-point direct transaction,which takes enterprise chain and supervision chain as the responsibility for energy data security supervision,data sharing transaction third-party platform as the carrier,and transaction chain as the medium.The two models aim at energy flow and information flow respectively.And they are synergistic and complementary.It is conducive to the perfect integration of energy flow and information flow and secure transmission.It has certain reference value and positive significance for the development of energy Internet and block chain technology.
