In today's agricultural production activities both at home and abroad,the tractor as its main farming tools play an indispensable role.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of mechanization level,for the tractor to the direction of more intelligent,efficient environmental protection,to promote the progress of the modern green agriculture.Because traditional tractor exhaust pollution.the operation is complicated,and the structure of the related issue such as difference of the maintenance and dismantling of inconvenience and interchangeability,seriously hindered the development of green agriculture.Thus,according to the support of the national key research projects of "The thirteenth Five-Year Plan",aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional tractor,abandon the traditional way of internal combustion engine driven by SF400E as the prototype,design a kind of based on the modular thought 35 HP double motor drive electric tractors to replace traditional tractor,make up for the present stage electric tractor market blank.According to SF400E type tractor structure,according to its function is to drive the machine into module,battery module,front axle steering module,coupler modules,rear axle modules and module suspension to ascend;In order to make full use of original spare parts for module design,at the same time enhance the flexibility design of modules,each module has the independence and coordinate with each other,shorten the design cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost;Connection scheme of each module is given,the design is used to connect the front axle and coupler connected components,completed the matching design of the machine.To build the 3 d assemblymyodel of the machine,for each module in order to realize the interference of test and measurement of the machine physical parameters.Analysis of the existing electric vehicle drive configurations,coupled with double motor drive instead of internal combustion engine drive drive mode:Put forward a kind of main motor is adopted to improve the rated output,using auxiliary motor speed regulation and the workings of a power compensation;Design a suitable for tractor use double motor drive,two independent output points bus driver configurations:Analyzes the configuration of a variety of driving way;On this basis,the completed power coupler design.In view of the coupler drive system design,to simulate the drive scheme of power output of 540 r/min,power output of 750 r/min,main motor drive and auxiliary motor drive alone alone of the basic condition of four types of tractor.By four step function constraint model,the simulation with ADAMS results of the analysis of each group,it is concluded that the movement of the gear and the reduction ratio of auxiliary motor control has a positive correlation;Gear angular acceleration is analyzed,the relationship between acceleration and velocity,and the partial load impact the planet wheel,the results prove that speed is higher,the worse system stability.And put forward the main and auxiliary motor drive control method,this paper is verified the rationality of the design of drive configurations with coupler.Drive mode change caused by spare parts for the whole machine has a strength of hidden problems,the simulation analysis of the coupler connection with front axle components,and the stress under the front axle load in haploid effect,on the basis of meet the use requirement,according to the mechanical design requirements,analyzes the stress distribution in three times the load imposed,in order to prevent the impact overload failure.Results show that the original front axle in beams and steering shaft tube joint production and perpendicular to the beam of the connecting sleeve joint born larger stress concentration.10 mm thick Q275 steel should be adopted and used at least 8 mm chamfering can satisfy the use requirements;Connection panel is on the corner structure,welding joint and the bolt hole to produce stress concentration,ultimately determine the connection panel should use double 10 mm Q650 structural steel to meet the use requirement.
