| In recent years,with the continuous development of our country’s economy and the country’s increasing emphasis on beautiful China and rural revitalization,the requirements for green design of agricultural equipment,clean manufacturing,and ecological and environmental protection in the course of use have become higher and higher.Meantime,the problems of energy consumption and pollutant emissions during the use of traditional agriculture equipment are becoming more and more seriously.Therefore,the research and development of green and energy-saving agricultural equipment is urgently needed.This paper systematically studies the significance of electric tractors driven by in-wheel motors and the current research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the structural characteristics of electric tractors driven by in-wheel motors,combining the functional and dynamic design principles of the experimental prototypes of electric tractors driven by in-wheel motors.Finally,getting an electric drive system scheme for an electric tractor driven by a hub motor rear wheel,which completes the selection and parameter determination of various components of the electric drive system.With reference to the structure and size parameters of micro-small tractors on the market,a design and layout scheme of electric tractor chassis is proposed,which completes the connection of the hub motor,the installation of the steering and braking system,the layout of the controller and the three-point suspension system of agricultural tools.A three-dimensional model was established on the Solid Works software,combined with the actual production situation of the prototype,and the relevant parameters of each component of the electric tractor chassis were determined.Then,developing on Advisor2002 software to establish a simulation model of the rear-wheel drives system of an electric tractor.The simulation results show that the parameters of the electric tractor components are matched reasonably,and various power performance design indexes are basically realized.The continuous operation time of electric tractor transportation and seeding can be achieved.It reaches 5.2 hours and 3.7 hours.Finally,the acceleration performance,climbing performance,turning performance,and traction performance of the electric tractor prototype are tested.The test results show that the prototype has an acceleration time of 4.8s from 0 to 40km/h,and can smoothly pass through the slope with an inclination angle of 11°.The minimum turning radius is 1.95 m and the maximum traction force is 700 N.The test results basically meet the design requirements. |
