As one of the important parts of the car,the automobile half shaft transmits the torque of the differential to the hub of the drive wheel.The inner end has splines.The quality of the spline is directly related to the service life and coupling performance of the axle.The parameter detection of the half shaft spline is the core content of the spline quality assurance.The purpose is to detect the processing condition of the spline in the first time,so as to better realize the processing of the spline and ensure the quality of the finished product.Based on the system layout design method,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the layout of the company's automobile half shaft production workshop,divides the unit of work required for the production of the semi-axle,and analyzes the logistics and non-logistics between the operating units.On this basis,the comprehensive relationship diagram between the half shaft production units is obtained,and then the line units are used to analyze the work units,and the position correlation diagram of the work units is determined.Finally,taking into account the actual site,personnel needs and other factors,a half shaft production line layout plan was formulated,and the process cycle design of the production line was planned.Aiming at the detection problem of automobile half shaft splines,explore the method of image processing to detect spline parameters.Complete the selection of CCD camera,lens,light source and other equipment,design and build a half shaft spline detection experimental platform based on visual inspection.The camera collects the spline end image,and the acquired image is processed by gray processing,image enhancement,contour extraction,etc.to obtain the contour information of the spline,and the spline contour is measured,and the tooth thickness of the spline is detected.The number of teeth,large diameter,small diameter,etc.,realize multi-parameter one-time automatic detection,and finally develop system software with Halcon and C#.Experiments show that the system meets the detection and production requirements of the half shaft splines and improves the detection efficiency.
