Research On The Layout And Optimization Of Rural Settlements In Xinzhou District Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is the only way for a country to achieve rapid and healthy economic development,and it is also one of the themes of world economic development in the 21st century.In recent years,the traditional urbanization pursues the expansion of urban scaleblindly,resulting in a series of social problems such as difficulties in integrating rural population into cities,the general inefficiency of urban land use,and the prominent phenomenon of urban diseases.Adhering to the new urbanization development mode of"people-oriented,ecologically livable and harmonious development" has gradually been favored by more and more people."Harmonious development" has become a new direction of urbanization in China.As one of the central cities in central China,Wuhan has developed rapidly in recent years.As a new urban area with low level of economic development but with huge potential for development,the promotion of new urbanization in Xinzhou District is the most important task.Taking Xinzhou District,one of the new urban districts in Wuhan as an example,this paper takes the new characteristics and requirements of new urbanization as the breakthrough point,and comprehensively analyses the layout characteristics of rural settlements in Xinzhou District and the different demand levels of rural settlements under the new situation.Referring to relevant scientific research achievements and research methods in different research fields,this paper studies the optimal layout of rural residential areas from the perspective of geography,economics,resources and other disciplines.Geographical census data and remote sensing image data,DEM data,statistical yearbook of Xinzhou District,data of various industries and departments,and graphic data are obtained from multiple channels.Based on location theory,spatial self-organization theory and urban-rural integration theory,this paper uses GIS technology to analyze the current situation of the distribution pattern of rural settlements in the study area,and combines with the actual situation of the study area,uses SPSS system to analyze the factors affecting the distribution of rural settlementsOn the basis of this study,the suitability of rural residential areas in the study area was evaluated.The evaluation results show that the land use suitability distribution of rural residential areas in Xinzhou District presents the situation of "The southern region is superior,while the northern region is inferior."In the central and southern areas of the study area,rural residential land including Yecheng Street,Zhangdu Lake Street,Xinchong Town,Wangji Street,Cangbu Street,Liji Street.Shuangliu Street and Heyang Luo Economic Development Zone is in high suitability(level ?).The middle suitability(level ?)rural residential land is relatively distributed in Xugu Town,Pantang Street,Yangluo Street,Sandian Street,Old Street Street,Daoguanhe Scenic Tourism Area.The northeastern part of the study area,including the northeastern part of Pantang Street Xuguzhen and Daoguanhe Scenic Area,and the southeastern part of Old Street Street,belongs to the low suitability(level ?).According to the suitability grade,the optimization measures of"central village-grass-roots village" construction are put forward,which can provide reference for the optimization of rural residential space layout under the background of new urbanization.
