3D driving device is widely used in manufacturing industry.Especially in the development of 3D printing rapid prototyping technology,it is an indispensable part.The rope type 3D drive device designed in this paper,adopts three groups of rope structure as the transmission device to establish the DELTA parallel structure.The rope is driven by the stepping motor to achieve 3D traction.Finally,the rope driving table can be carried out 3D movement according to the specified path.In terms of the algorithm of the device program,the open source firmware is interpreted,analyzed based on the open source firmware.Meanwhile,the coordinate system needed by the algorithm is established according to the characteristics of three groups of rope transmission,and the program of motion relation is compiled.During the design of the mechanical structure,the selection of the frame,the shape of the fuselage,the selection of the stepping motor and the transmission mode between the stepping motor and the rope are taken into eonsideration in the process of the design of the mechanical structure.The kinematics analysis of the designed device is carried out,including inverse kinematics solution analysis,forward kinematics solution analysis,the derivation and the speed analysis of the Jacobi matrix for mechanical structures.SolidWorks software is applied to model the device,and ADAMS software is used to analyze the displacement of the device in the process of operation.The speed and other variables are simulated and analyzed.A well-built device is equipped with an infrared laser pen,to carry out the walking experiment of the circular track,and the graphic fitting processing is carried out on the running recording point by using the MATLAB software.The experiment proves that the rope driving table can be carried out 3D movement according to the specified path.The device designed in this paper can be built on the basis of three points in space.Different application functions can be achieved by carrying different platforms.Compared with the traditional fixed worktable,the device has various characteristics,including high flexibility and strong adaptability,wide using range and low cost.Due to them,it can improve the efficiency of production,which has important application value to the industrial production.
