Research On Spatial Optimization Of Three-dimensional Parking Garage Commercial Complex Of Northeast Area

This paper combs and summarizes the parking problems existing in the commercial complex in Northeast China through the research of the related design theory of the commercial complex and the related technology of the three-dimensional parking garage,and combines with the field investigation.On this basis,it analyses the causes and main contradictions of these problems,and puts forward solutions to the corresponding problems.Firstly,this paper summarizes the purpose,significance and content of the related research,summarizes and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and analyses the problems in the current study of the three-dimensional parking garage in commercial complex,and carries out targeted research on the above problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Secondly,this paper studies the related theories on the optimization design of three-dimensional parking space,such as behavioral architecture,cognitive theory and so on.Thirdly,the parking space in the more important commercial complex in Northeast China is investigated,and the basic problems of parking space in the commercial complex in Northeast China are summarized on the basis of the investigation.On this basis,the practical design strategies are sorted out and summarized,and the optimization strategies of the following two aspects are obtained.On the one hand,it is the relevant design strategy for the construction of the three-dimensional parking garage in the newly built commercial complex,and on the other hand,it is the optimization design strategy for the reconstruction and expansion of the existing three-dimensional parking garage in the existing commercial complex.The above design strategies mainly focus on site design,building shape,building facade,traffic flow lines and ancillary facilities.This also makes the design strategy proposed by the institute more realistic and instructive.
