Research On The Social Non-commercial Parking Lot System Based On Parking Space Reserved By WEB

In recent years,with the high speed development of China's economy,the number of its vehicles has increased rapidly,and it still maintains a high speed increase trend.Parking difficulty,especially in urban centers,has become an important livelihood issues which will affect urban transportation,and is also an urgent problem which needs to be solved for smart city traffic.The research in this paper is based on the above background.In order to solve the problem of parking difficulty in urban centers,based on the years of research of the research group in the field of parking software and project's requirements,this paper proposes two design ideas:firstly,the social resources non-commercial parking lots share parking spaces during the idle time period,thus the actual number of parking spaces in the city center will increase;secondly,the parking lot software can realize parking reservation remotely and electronic payment function,provide an intelligent way to find idle parking spaces,and avoid the inefficient traffic flow caused by the vehicle owners who look for parking spaces near their destinations.In order to realize the above ideas,a social non-commercial parking lot resource sharing system which is based on Web parking spaces reservation is designed and implemented;this system integrates database technology,software development technology,license plate recognition technology and electronic payment technology.The users can login to the software platform to register the account and bind the license plate through the Web,use the Alipay to pay and recharge the account,reserve the idle parking space within the reserved time specified by the social resource sharing non-commercial parking lots and complete the payment in advance.When the users enter and exit the parking lots at the reservation time,the license plate recognition software automatically recognizes the license plates,after matching with the reservation order information,the gate machines are controlled to guide the vehicle to smoothly enter and exit the parking lots.The parking space reservation software platform and the parking lot software based on license plate recognition technology are designed and developed on the Eclipse platform of the J2EE and J2SE versions,using the Java programming language and related Web development technologies.The storage and query of user information,parking space reservation information,recharge payment records and other data are realized,through server's connection with the database on software platform background;the image collection and license plate recognition are completed by the license plate recognition software,using the camera and license plate recognition algorithm,the user reservation information can be obtained and the vehicles' entry and exit information can be uploaded by this software;the server can be remotely logged in by the local client software,user information,reservation information,consumption records and other data can be obtained,so the hotel business situation and the parking lot situation can be calculated,and the parking lots will be managed.The corresponding treatment plans for the abnormal handling of the parking reservation order failure and parking timeout are also provided by the software.The test results show that the parking space reservation function,the prepayment function through electronic payment means and related design functions in this system are realized and completed;the time for the owners to find the parking spaces near the destinations can be saved,and the parking difficulty trouble of not finding the parking spaces can be solved,parking becomes intelligent and simplified;the shortage of commercial parking spaces in urban centers is made up for,and the problem of parking difficulty in the areas is alleviated,by the way of sharing parking lots to social vehicles during idle time periods and parking space reservation.The research and development of this system provides intelligent solutions for major urban transportation problems,and has considerable practical significance and promotion value.
