The container structure is a large container specially designed for revolving goods with specific specifications,rigidity and strength.The commonly used container is a skeleton that uses a steel frame to become its basic structure,and a welded profiled steel plate is used as its two-sided side wall plate..The container steel structural material adopts better strength and can simultaneously improve the rigidity and strength of the container.Due to the effect of the lateral wall panels,the container structure has greater shear strength and tensile strength.At the same time,due to the joint action of the main steel frame of the container beam and column,it has a good overall lateral resistance.In order to solve such problems caused by containers efficiently,safely and greenly,scholars have tried to transform used containers into houses to solve such problems.The demand for the transformation of container buildings has gradually evolved from a single container to a multi-body container,and a single-layer container has beert developed into a multi-layer container,gradually forming a container-building concept.At the same time,because the container building has high strength and good rigidity,most container building houses Cean resist the 1oth grade wind,8 magnitude earthquake,safe and reliable.The container combination building has better lighting and ventilation,complete kitchen and bathroom facilities,and low cost.Compared with traditional residential construction projects,container composite housing construction has the advantages of less construction pollution,less construction waste,shorter production and construction period and higher recycling rate,and can promote the development of energy-saving,environmentally friendly and recyclable green buildings.This paper combines Shenyang Fudian's actual container construction project to design a new container-type fully assembled building.During the actual construction and post-delivery inspection of the container-type building in Shenyang Qidian,it is found that the container-type building is simple in structure and the main components are clearly stressed.It is easy to construct and meet the requirements of general buildings.At the same time,it can realize the secondary utilization of containers.However,there are also some problems.The start-up container building is a two-story building.There is a big gap when the building is connected to the same floor.It is not conducive to the overall safety of the building,can not guarantee the stability of the upper container,and is prone to the overturning problem of the upper container.To this end,this paper proposes a new type of container-type fully assembled building and a new type of column connection.The large static finite element software is used to carry out vertical static loading and horizontal quasi-static loading of the container single cylinder and single container.The results show that Both the container single cylinder and the single container cylinder have high axial load carrying capacity and good energy consumption.The finite element software is used to perform vertical static loading and horizontal quasi-static loading under the combined connection of welded joints and bolted joints.The finite element results show that the axial loads of the three combined cylinders are two kinds of joints.The forces are not much different,and both have good energy-consuming capacity,which proves that the container-type fully assembled building scheme under bolting is feasible.
