The Study On The Aging Evaluation And Renovation Optimization Of Shenyang City Leisure Square

As an important public space,urban leisure square is the main place for citizens'leisure activities.With the increasing aging of our country,the proportion of the younger and older people is increasing,and the demand of the elderly for outdoor activities and communication is increasing,which makes them the main users of leisure squares.Most leisure squares in China have a high utilization rate regardless of area size and quality,especially during holidays.On the surface,these urban leisure squares are very popular with the elderly,even in winter,the flow of people will not be significantly reduced,but does the high utilization of leisure squares really meet the needs of the elderly?According to the survey,most of the considerations of the leisure Square in Shenyang focus on the content of barrier-free design in the national norms,lack of attention to the diversity of activities of the elderly,and the supply of venues,landscapes and facilities in the square does not match the needs of the elderly.At present,the research on outdoor space aging mainly focuses on the outdoor space of residential areas,and urban leisure as an important place to carry the activities of the elderly also has important research value.The purpose of this study is to understand the real needs of the elderly for urban leisure squares through the use of status and satisfaction surveys,establish a set of evaluation system for the aging of leisure squares,evaluate and optimize Shenyang leisure squares,and put forward design strategies.(1)The first part of the introduction elaborates the research background,elaborates the existing problems of leisure square aging,and puts forward the research purpose and significance.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad through literature research,defines the relevant concepts,defines the research object,and finally analyses and summarizes the research content and research framework of this paper.(2)The second part is the basic research on the evaluation of leisure square aging.Firstly,it summarizes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly as well as the needs of square activities,combining with the related contents of human engineering and behavioral psychology of the elderly.Secondly,the concept,function,meaning,content,method and evaluation procedure of POE are explained,which lays a foundation for the design of the following evaluation research.(3)The third part is the core part of this paper,which is divided into four parts:investigation of usage situation-Evaluation-Optimization-strategy.The investigation is divided into two stages.In the first stage,through extensive field pre-investigation,the main factors affecting the aging of leisure square are summarized and screened,which are divided into three levels:site space,greening environment and functional facilities.On this basis,a set of factors for evaluating the aging of leisure square is established,and representative squares for evaluating research are selected.In the second stage,according to the "Selection of research objects-Determination of evaluation objectives-system",the main factors affecting the aging of leisure square are The POE research process of formulating research plan,implementing investigation,collecting data,analyzing data,evaluating conclusions and putting forward suggestions is to conduct in-depth research on four representative leisure square cases.The comprehensive evaluation uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)judgment matrix to calculate the weight,uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system,and evaluates the aging of the case.According to the evaluation results,considering the restrictive factors such as the function orientation of the existing square and the existing conditions of the site,the four leisure squares are locally optimized and reformed for the weak links of aging.Combining with the common problems found in the investigation,the design strategies for aging are put forward in view of the factors at all levels of the square in the evaluation system.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can improve the evaluation index system of the aging of the square space,provide reference for the design and transformation of the aging of the urban leisure square,and help to provide a safer,more convenient and more comfortable environment for the elderly to participate in daily life and social interaction.
