Research On The Design Of Wuhan Old City Suitable For Aging Reconstruction

Since 2000,China’s aging process has accelerated,and the aging of population is a difficult problem that China needs to deal with.The state has issued a series of policies to deal with the aging problem,and the aging problem is more prominent in the old residential areas.The old residential areas are generally built in the last century,with old environment and lack of infrastructure,which can no longer meet the requirements of community residents.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the old community and improve the community environment.The case will choose jianghan district in wuhan city,summarized the existing old residential area,choose the two typical old residential areas,and the living of the elderly problems present situation investigation,research and community based on the survey data processing and analysis,it is concluded that the existing basic problems of the old residential areas and optimum design of ageing problem,reform old infrastructure in the community,community public environment to promote the elderly health of body and mind.Because now most of the research theory is only for the elderly,young adults and children is less,but according to the situation of our country,most old people prefer to live with their children and grandchildren together,so the old residential areas in addition to providing comfortable environment for the elderly,make the design of the optimal aging brings human warmth for the elderly,solve the realistic problems in the elderly home endowment.The needs of other age groups will also be taken into account to improve the living environment of all people in old residential areas.Therefore,in accordance with the concept of "suitable for the aged but not only for the aged",we want to build a harmonious community where the elderly and other age groups live together.
