Study On The Application Of Tujia Characteristic Culture In Landscape Design Of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Area

The thesis is raised under background China’s implementation of rural revitalization,tourism enrichment and cultural power together with the weak cultural landscape in China’s natural scenic areas.In recent years,with the awareness of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,relevant governments in the region have gradually attached importance to the identification of national identity and the development of cultural resources to promote the dissemination and development of domestic tourism and rural construction.The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon scenic spot is famous for its beautiful natural scenery,however,its sightseeing spots are relatively simple due to the lack of humanistic landscape.Based on this background,this thesis studies the lack of humanistic landscape in natural scenic areas.It briefly introduces the relevant background of this topic and combines with the research status and related cases at home and abroad.Based on the field investigation of the canyon area of Zhangjiajie,it finds that the location not only preserves the architectural heritage of Tujia,but also solves the lack of humanistic landscape in the canyon scenic spot,irrational design and other issues;and briefly summarizes its purpose and significance.Besides,it analyzes the Tujia characteristic architectures and the design status of Tujia characteristic cultural villages,and then excavates the characteristic culture of Shuicheping village and the awareness of protecting culture heritage from the perspective of cultural communication.Finally it demonstrates the design and expression of the Tujia characteristic culture in the canyon area with actual cases.This topic will aggregates the cultural heritage of ancient dwellings and ancient city walls in Shuicheping Village to form a heritage scenic spot.Meanwhile,the cultural activities of Tujia is reflected in the final design concept,making Cultural Landscape integrated into the Being Viewed field of future tourists.Therefore,the Tujia people connect with self-identification and the Being the viewer to achieve the dual output and dissemination of tourism and folk culture,and also provide opportunities to protect cultural heritage,Cultural Rescue and cultural integration.At the same time,it’s a support in cultural tourism for this type of natural scenic spot,and also alarms the backward awareness of cultural heritage protection.
