Bored piles have the advantages of no vibration,no soil,low noise,and are suitable for using in dense urban areas.They are widely used in the field of construction engineering.Due to the large diameter of the bored pile,the hole forming process is completed in the underground,underwater and other environments.With the difficulty in controlling quality and possible defects during the operation of complex geological conditions or wrong construction,good hole quality is an important prerequisite for ensuring the quality of the pile foundation and its bearing capacity.When the hole is formed,the geological is loose,and before the concrete is poured,the self-standing time is too long,which will cause collapse.Therefore,it is important to quickly and effectively detect the defects of bored pile holes.In order to meet the requirements of hole defect detection of bored piles,this paper needs to solve three key problems: effective acquisition of internal images of pile holes,feature identification of defects and traceability of test results.Specific research work and content include:1.Design of pile hole defect detecting device.These include image acquisition modules,sealing devices,and centering devices to ensure efficient acquisition of images and inspection parameters.2.The algorithm of the pile hole dome map expansion based on the circle fitting.The traditional camera has a limited shooting range,and it is necessary to rotate a large number of images to reveal the complete information of a certain depth.In this paper,the wide-angle camera is used to increase the image acquisition efficiency.The different aperture ranges use the centering and eccentricity to ensure the image integrity.Since the bird's-eye view angle does not conform to human visual habits and is not convenient for subsequent image processing,two expansion algorithms are proposed for the two shooting modes to quickly expand the acquired dome image.3.Pile hole crack detection algorithm based on image processing.As the mostcommon defect of the inner wall of the pile hole and its retaining wall surface,the crack is easily neglected during the artificial observation process.Therefore,this paper proposes an image detection based crack detection algorithm for the inner wall of the pile hole.Particularity,automatic identification and extraction of cracks.4.Development of pile hole defect detection system.It is used to display the internal condition of the pile hole in real time,record the captured image and recorded video,provide data query and report export function,realize the traceability of the test result,and obtain the depth through the communication of the serial communication control device and the depth from the photoelectric angle encoder.information.
