Automobile window motor is the power source of door glass electric lifting.In order to ensure the safety and comfort of the glass lifting process,it is necessary to drive the motor with good controllability and low noise.It is the inevitable trend of motor development for automotive windows.Due to the limitation of the installation space in the door,the drive motor is required to have small volume and high power density.Therefore,the design of high power density brushless DC motor for automotive window is studied in this paper.Firstly,according to the working mode of the glass lifter,the transmission scheme of the motor and the reducer is determined.With reference to the design standard of the window motor and the design characteristics of the high power density motor,the rated performance parameters of the permanent magnet brushless DC window motor are preliminarily determined.Secondly,the overall scheme design of high power density window motor is proposed,which mainly includes four parts: selection of high performance materials: permanent magnet material,iron core material and winding material;optimization design of stator and rotor structural parameters: length of stator core,length of air gap,width of stator slot,thickness of magnetization direction of permanent magnet;main structure.Lightweight design: stator claw structure and slot structure of fixed base;motor heat dissipation treatment: coil winding encapsulation process.Thirdly,the simulation model of the motor is built by Ansoft software,and the overall electromagnetic scheme is simulated by RMxprt module.The structure size is adjusted and optimized preliminarily,and then imported into Maxwell 2D module for finite element simulation to analyze the working parameters of the motor.Finally,the prototype of the motor is manufactured and tested.According to the results of road calculation and finite element analysis,the structure size of the motor is determined,the drawings are drawn,the prototype is manufactured and the motor dynamometer system is built to test the no-load and load characteristics of the motor.The test results verify the rationality and correctness of the motor design scheme in this paper.
