Research On Influences And Suggestions Of VAT Reform On Y Construction Company

The pilot work of transferring the business tax into value-added tax(referred to as VAT reform)is an important part of China's tax reform.Since the launch of the VAT reform pilot project in November 2011,it has been paid great attention of people from all walks of life.The VAT reform policy has effectively reduced the double taxation,reduced the burden on enterprises,enhanced the vigor of the company's development,and promoted the upgrading and optimization of China's industrial structure.The construction industry is a pillar industry in China and it occupies an important position in the national economy.The construction industry is not only huge in itself,but also closely related to many industries in the upstream and downstream,and it has an important impact on the stable development of China's economy.Therefore,the study on the VAT reform in the construction industry is of great significance and far-reaching impact.This thesis uses qualitative analysis,case analysis and other research methods to analyze the impact of the VAT reform on the construction industry in terms of changes in the tax system and the characteristics of the construction industry.Then,this article takes Y construction company as a research example,uses the company's data for the past four years,analyzes the impact of VAT reform on Y company and Y company's measures,mainly analyzes the management,financial management,and project management.The case shows that Y company has achieved a reduction in corporate tax burden and a leap-forward development of the company's scale by reforming itself and making effective use of the VAT reform policy patch.
