| With the acceleration of the company’s modernization process and the rapid update of digital information technology,the traditional financial management organizations are increasingly unable to guarantee the company’s continuous development and growth,under the influence of the full implementation of business-finance integration,the change of organizational structure has become the only way of enterprise innovation.Although many companies have been put into practice,but in the process of enterprise practice also exposed some problems worthy of study and practice.The organizational structure is the sum of the ways of division and coordination.Once the organizational structure is determined,the roles and responsibilities of each member will be clearly defined,and the coordination and control among members will also be clarified,which will improve organizational efficiency and improve the overall work efficiency of the organization.This paper selects Haier Group as a case company,and uses literature analysis and case study methods to study and analyze it.The full text first describes the theoretical research and basic concepts of business-financial integration,financial sharing and organizational structure,and briefly outlines the basic situation of the case company,the company’s organizational transformation motivation and path.From the design,positioning and responsibilities of the organizational structure,this paper analyzes the evolution process of Haier’s organizational structure in detail,and expounds the gains brought by the company’s timely and accurate changes in the face of environmental changes,to prove that with the new birth and development of various emerging technologies,the change of organizational structure is of great significance to the company’s informatization transformation,coping with the market uncertainty environment,and promoting enterprise organizational reform.Through case analysis,this paper finds that in the process of financial organization reform,although the structure of an enterprises will be positively affected by factors such as corporate strategy,only by carrying out targeted transformation and optimization in light of the company’s own situation can maximize the positive impact.Haier Group,as an early domestic enterprise that has invested in the integration of industry and finance,has a very representative research on its financial organizational structure.The improvement of the organizational structure,the full use of data information,the unity and transformation of the thinking of all employees,and the healthy development of various departments within the enterprise are very important for the enterprise to resist the risks of environmental changes and even sudden changes.This paper expects that through the analysis of Haier,it will have a certain enlightening effect on the enterprises that are in the process of organizational transformation. |
