In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, the production and possession of motor vehicles have increased dramatically, and the pollution of motor vehicles to the environment has become increasingly serious.New energy electric vehicles have received more and more attention in recent years, and motor control systems are one of the key factors affecting the performance of electric vehicles. This paper designs the hardware and software of the motor control system of the vehicle for an electric vehicle in a logistics system.Firstly, based on the structure and characteristics of the new energy electric vehicle motor, the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate systems is established. The principle of vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied, and then the MTPA(maximum torque current ratio)control and Flux-weakening control in the motor vector control strategy are analyzed and discussed in detail.Secondly, the overall structure of the electric vehicle power system is analyzed, and the functions and technical indexes that the system needs to achieve are given. On this basis, the hardware design and software design of the motor vector control system are completed. Finally, based on the built motor control test platform,A permanent magnet synchronous motor with a rated power of 90kW was used to test the external characteristics of the motor in peak torque, electric state and feed state. The results show that the new energy electric vehicle motor control system technology designed in this paper has good performance, and the torque control accuracy is within 2%.The peak torque and peak power of the motor can meet the application requirements of 4.5 tons of heavy-duty electric vehicles.
