With the development of air transport,shipping and highway transport,highway transport is facing increasing competitive pressure in the transport market.In order to enhance the competitiveness of highway transportation in domestic and foreign transport markets,it is necessary to optimize the performance of transport vehicles,select more reasonable freight transport routes,and improve the loading and strengthening level of goods.This paper mainly uses ADAMS dynamic simulation analysis software to study the impact of binding and reinforcing modes on the stability of large cargo transportation on highway.At the beginning of the article,the background and significance of the research on highway large cargo transportation are described,including the obstacles to the development of large cargo transportation,and then the research status of loading and strengthening of large cargo at home and abroad is expounded.Secondly,this paper introduces the commonly used ways of loading and binding and reinforcing cargo in highway cargo transportation.According to the known loading and reinforcing plan of certain cargo,ADAMS is used to build and assemble the three-dimensional solid model of flat car.Secondly,two main pavement models which cause vibration input to the road condition are introduced,and pulse pavement model and random pavement model are constructed sequentially.Then,the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out,and the impulse road surface model and random road surface model of Roof type(Fishback type)are generated.When the vehicle and cargo is in different binding mode,speed,weight and road grade,the change of cargo under these two kinds of incentives is analyzed.The root mean square value of the acceleration of cargo loading is obtained,and the graphs are drawn to determine the cargo availability under different conditions.The factors affecting reliability provide the basis for improving the safety of road cargo loading and strengthening in the future and ensuring the safe and speedy transportation of cargo to destination.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results of loading reinforcement and dynamic simulation of highway bulk cargo.At the same time,it puts forward the problems facing transportation at present.After that,it looks forward to the development prospects of highway large cargo transportation.
