Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in all fields due to its small volume,high air gap magnetic density and large inertia ratio.In recent years,the permanent magnet synchronous motor has a wide range of promotion with the emergence of new high efficiency permanent magnet materials.In this paper,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is used as the research object,combined with the direct torque control method,the fuzzy PI controller is designed in the control algorithm,and the variable magnetic chain fuzzy direct torque control strategy is formed.At the same time,an improved model reference adaptive speed sensor is designed.First,according to the basic structure and working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the mathematical model of the motor is built,and the mathematical model of the three phase static coordinate,two phase stationary coordinate and two phase rotating coordinate system is transformed according to the principle of coordinate transformation.Secondly,the principle of direct torque control is analyzed.The direct torque is applied to the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the parts of the control system are analyzed.Based on the fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy PI controller based on variable flux linkage is designed.The design is simple and it is important to improve the performance of the control system.Secondly,the principle of speed sensorless based on model reference adaptive is analyzed,and the MRAS based on improved instantaneous reactive power model and induction voltage fork multiplying current model is designed to build a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on improved MRAS.Based on the variable magnetic chain fuzzy controller direct torque control system and the improved MRAS speed control system,the simulation model of the system is built and the simulation experiment is carried out.The experimental analysis of the load and the load is carried out.The simulation experiment shows that the direct torque control system based on variable flux fuzzy control theory can effectively reduce the overshoot of the system,reduce the speed regulation time,and thus have better dynamic and static performance.The improved model reference adaptive method can be used to identify the speed effectively.At the same time,the system can also effectively reduce torque ripple.At last,the hardware circuit and software flow of the control system are designed.
