This article studies the math model of asynchronous motor in detail, analyzes the basic principle and implement of direct torque control deeply, and according to the faults of traditional direct torque control, make amelioration and improvement to some taches of traditional direct torque control system. First, put forward a new style stator flux linkage observation model, adopt one step low pass filter substitutes the pure integral tache in u-i model, and introduce PI closed-loop emendation tache to compensate the direct current excursion error of stator flux linkage observation. At the same time, probe several primary method of speed estimation, use new type stator flux linkage observation model construct rotor flux linkage voltage reference model, make use of MRAS arithmetic to discern motor rotate speed, realize direct torque control system without speed sensor. Then, make use of the fuzzy control technique to realize the control of the whole system, make the system low speed performance get further improvement. For the sake of verify the feasibility of the proposal design, carry on setting up the model and simulation through Matlab/Simulink. Finally, give design project of hardware and software based on DSP.
