The traditional wall materials have the characteristics of high energy consumption,heavy pollution and serious waste,which can no longer meet the needs of the current rapid economic and social development.It has become an inevitable trend to develop new wall materials and make effective use of building waste for new wall materials research and development.Based on this situation,this paper develops a kind of the optimum mix ratio of assembled light-weight sound insulation and thermal insulation composite wallboard of building waste,which integrates green,light,heat preservation,sound insulation,energy saving and waste utilization.It can effectively utilize building waste,has good insulation and sound insulation effect and good durability.In this paper,the optimum mix ratio of assembled light-weight sound insulation and thermal insulation composite wallboard of building waste made of ordinary portland cement,recycled concrete,lignin fiber,magnesium oxide,alumina,hydrogen peroxide,accelerator and silane coupling agent is studied.(1)On the basis of orthogonal test,comparative test analysis is carried out for each raw material.Based on the total weight of raw material,the optimum mix ratio of assembled light-weight sound insulation and thermal insulation composite wallboard of building waste is 8.11% hydrogen peroxide,40.53% cement,0.45% water-cement ratio,1.61% lignin fiber,0.95% magnesium oxide,27.23% recycled concrete,1.43% alumina,0.95% accelerator and 0.95% silane coupling agent.(2)The physical properties,mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties,sound insulation properties and high temperature resistance of concrete composite wallboard were studied by using relevant test instruments and equipment.(3)The strength formation mechanism and micro-pore formation mechanism of assembled light-weight sound insulation and thermal insulation composite wallboard of building waste are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,and the proportion of wallboard is further optimized from the micro point of view,so as to produce concrete composite wallboard with excellent comprehensive performance.(4)This paper discusses the connection and assembling mode of the assembled light-weight sound insulation and thermal insulation composite wallboard of building waste,and finds out the simple and easy-to-operate connection mode,so as to facilitate the joining of wallboard,so as to promote its application in practical engineering.(5)The composite wallboard developed in this paper has good physical,mechanical,heat preservation,sound insulation and high temperature resistance.It is easy to assemble and splice,and meets the requirements of wall specifications.It plays an important role in promoting the development of new wallboard materials in China.
