Research On The Influence Of Terminal Distribution Of E-commerce Logistics On Residential Design

With the development of the Internet economy and the popularization of e-commerce,the terminal distribution service(i.e.express)of e-commerce has emerged as the times require.As a new kind of urban service industry,with the change of the business pattern of our country,it is able to develop rapidly and become an indispensable part of the service power of the intelligent city.This article is divided into nine chapters.In the first chapter,the necessity of the research on the terminal distribution service of e-commerce logistics is discussed,and the research object of this paper is the service outlets and supporting facilities of the logistics terminal distribution of the residential community in Beijing.The second chapter combs the development process and present situation of the terminal distribution service industry at home and abroad,and makes a series of comparisons,and analyzes the characteristics of the logistics terminal distribution characteristics and the brief introduction of the intelligent express cabinet.The third chapter surveys and summarizes the number and classification of logistics terminal service outlets in Beijing,and analyzes the distribution rules of various service outlets.The fourth chapter to the sixth chapter,respectively to Beijing residential area e-commerce logistics terminal distribution pickup points,outdoor intelligent express cabinet,indoor intelligent express cabinet,the status of the investigation,from the space,traffic organization,detail construction and other aspects of analysis and summary.The eighth and ninth chapters put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions at the planning level and the construction level for the problems found in the current situation investigation.The ninth chapter summarizes the impacts and contradictions brought by the terminal distribution service of e-commerce logistics for residential district design,and puts forward the design prospect for future development.From the research content,this paper mainly aims at the logistics terminal distribution service facilities in the residential community,the influence on the interior space of the residential area planning layout and the residential building entrance.From the research method,it is based on the current situation finding and solving the problem.From the research field,it combines the logistics industry.Knowledge from another point of view,to re recognize and explore residential design,is a beneficial supplement to the current related research.
