Design Of Small Fire Vehicle Products In Rural Areas

Under the social background of the difference between urban and rural fire level and the increasing fire accident rate in townships and towns,there are problems in the fire awareness of township residents,the deployment of firefighting forces in townships,and fire-fighting equipment.On the one hand,the proportion of the product of the core fire truck in the fire-fighting equipment is not reasonable;on the other hand,the existing fire-fighting vehicle is not suitable for the special use environment of the village.Therefore,this study takes the rural small-scale fire truck as the research object,and unconsciously designs the user’s hidden demand.The purpose is to improve the rural fire-fighting ability and design a small-sized fire truck that is more suitable in the rural environment.Firstly,the direct perceptual design route in the non-conscious design path is applied to the user demand analysis,and the modular design process is sorted out and the functional analysis and module division are subdivided.Then,the rural small fire truck design route is constructed,according to the design route.The small-scale fire trucks in the country were analyzed,and the special use environment of township firefighting was investigated.The behavior of the user was extracted by using the situational story analysis method.The non-conscious design path was used to decompose,filter and match the user behavior,and the demand list was constructed.The list is transformed into a function;then,the functional analysis technology is used to construct a small fire truck function analysis diagram,and the basic functions are divided into modules.Finally,by collecting small fire truck related image vocabulary and extracting relevant product characteristic lines,for small fire trucks The modeling features are analyzed and evaluated to provide a basis for design practice.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis,a small fire truck suitable for rural areas is designed.This study excavates the hidden needs of users through the non-conscious design path,analyzes the functions and modules of the rural small fire truck through the modular design,constructs the functional module design process based on the non-conscious design path,and applies it to the design practice of the rural small fire truck,providing practical reference for the peer research.
