"Railway power supply operation and maintenance management information system" is mainly established to realize centralized display and joint analysis of information in production process,to prevent and deal with various emergency incidents occurring in various sections of power network and transformation specialties,and to ensure the safety of operation in each section.It includes catenary,substation,electric power,railway car,emergency command and management subsystems.Each subsystem achieves information sharing through interface,and constitutes the whole system.Currently,the management system of railway power supply railcar is based on SOA framework.Overweight ESB(Enterprise Service Bus)enterprise service bus makes the performance of information exchange between the system and the railway power supply operation and maintenance subsystem low.The system has been unable to meet the rapid change of business,complex system deployment and poor scalability.With the development of railway power supply informationization,it becomes more and more urgent for the system to have an architecture that can cope with the rapid change of business and good expansibility.This paper adopts the framework design based on Ali cloud server,Spring Cloud,MYSQL,Angular Js,Docker and Jenkins.Its advantage is that the running environment of the system is easy to manage,and the hardware level of the server can be dynamically scaled according to the actual needs.At the same time,the development mode of micro-services ensures the scalability of the system to cope with future business changes and information sharing between the system and the system.Through detailed analysis of the production business and work flow under the power supply jurisdiction of Nanchang Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper listens to the staff's suggestions and summarizes the loopholes and deficiencies in the current power supply information system,plans the system development framework,and makes a good system demand analysis.The architecture design of the system is analyzed,and the nginx layer,gateway layer,business layer,interface layer,business logic layer,data warehouse layer,user interface layer,service registry layer and container deployment layer of the framework are described.The system is reformed through the designed system architecture.Each microservice completes a specific function and is deployed independently in a specific container.During service deployment,docker is used to deploy its running environment.Taking the trackcar operation safety system as an example,the detailed requirement analysis of the system is carried out.According to the requirements of the server,the design scheme is given,and the system is deployed to the Elastic Compute Service(ECS).The system is divided into modules and the design scheme of database is given.A lightweight RESTful(Representational State Transfer)interface is used to communicate among micro-services,Rabbit MQ is used to communicate service messages,and Jenkins is used to realize the sustainable publication of services.Through the communication interface test,pressure test and on-line test of the system,the results show that the performance of the system has been improved obviously,and the communication is relatively fast,and the development cycle of the system has been greatly shortened.At present,the production and operation management system of railway power supply has been put on line in the production environment,and the modules can operate normally and steadily,basically meeting the expected requirements.
