Since the increasing convenience of information exchange,the demand for relevant services has increased rapidly after entering into 21 st Century.To meet the demand,Dalian Power Supply Company established a power supply service command center in aim of improving service quality and enhancing the business environment of the whole region.However,the reality is that the power supply service command center with scattered and complicated systems has low efficiency,which does not meet the new requirements.In order for the service center to give full play to the role of service,command,and management,it is necessary to improve the power supply service and emergency repair command system from the system level.Deeply integrate professional data such as marketing,operation inspection,regulation and control,follow the overall layered structure of distribution and power consumption information,and build an integrated system of intelligent command and application covering all services of the service center.This article is about the design and implementation of the power supply service command system of Dalian Power Supply Company.First,the thesis elaborates the design process of the system.The functional framework of the system is determined through the analysis of the functions of the service center and various professional teams;collate the information needed for customer service command,business collaborative command,power distribution operation management and control,and service quality supervision functions,summarize the function list corresponding to the three integration methods of interface,application,and data,and uses URL,Web Service,ESB technology to implement.Design the systematic software structure based on systematic function framework and integrated requirements,which leads to the design of systematic hardware structure.Various methods are used to obtain the information required for the emergency repair command of the system's important functions,and five levels of fault research and judgment logic;design two types of research and judgment processes based on different sources of the fault information;add the related early warning,supervision and statistical functions for the problem of insufficient repair command and control.Then,the paper describes the implementation steps and methods of the system.Depending on the type of integrated system,the amount of information transmitted,and the time limit for data requests,use various interface methods such as SFTP,Kettle,and OGG to complete system integration.Integrate smart grid dispatching,distributionautomation,electricity information collection and other systems to obtain data from various remote measurement and control terminals,and combine Java language programming and Oracle database to realize intelligent fault judgment.The highlight of this article is the use of cloud technology in the design of the system structure,which not only solves the problem of insufficient platform construction space,but also saves the cost of system construction.In the design of the emergency repair command function,it provides intelligent fault diagnosis and emergency repair management and control solutions,which relieves the pressure of the staff and improves the command and management capabilities of the service center for emergency repair operations.The research in this paper not only meets the demand for the construction of the power supply service command system of Dalian Power Supply Company,but also provides a reference for the construction of the command system of power companies in other regions of my country.
