| As the traffic volume of road traffic in China continues to grow,people pay more and more attention to traffic noise.It has become an urgent problem how to quickly and efficiently paving and repairing a high-quality low-noise road surface,while reducing the environmental impact and traffic congestion caused by on-site construction.Based on the idea of a carpet-type crimped asphalt pavement provided by the Netherlands,this paper combines a crimpable prefabricated pavement with a noise-reducing pavement to form a new form of Curling Prefabricated Noise Reducing Pavement.CPNRP),in order to design the asphalt composition and asphalt mixture composition of CPNRP,understand the road performance,bending performance and noise reduction performance of CPNRP,and study the relationship between modifiers and asphalt and binder properties.The bending properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture were studied.The influence of modifier asphalt was studied by controlling single variable and orthogonal test.The modification of CPNRP special asphalt was studied.The high temperature rutting test and low temperature trabe test of asphalt mixture were carried out.The immersion Marshall stability test,the standing wave tube method and the rutting noise measurement method are used to test and verify the road performance and noise reduction performance of CPNRP.And get the following conclusions:(1)The asphalt mixture is regarded as a homogeneous elastomer.The bending strain of the asphalt pavement is related to the asphalt beam bending test,and the corresponding data of the crimp diameter and the bending performance index of the pre-CPNRP asphalt pavement are obtained.(2)Through the data obtained from the experiment,the variation law of basalt fiber,rock asphalt or rubber powder content and asphalt ductility,softening point,penetration and bending performance are summarized.(3)The void ratio of the asphalt pavement,the particle size of the aggregate,and the structural form of the pavement all have an impact on the noise reductionperformance of the asphalt pavement.The noise reduction capability of the CPNRP pavement is mainly provided by the rubber powder and CPNRP grade.(4)The combination ratio,modification process,gradation design of the substrate and asphalt mixture of CPNRP special modifier were finally determined.(5)The standing wave tube method in the indoor test simulation method was used to measure the sound absorption coefficient of the CPNRP road surface,and the noise measurement method of the vehicle boring instrument was compared with the conventional road surface and the CPNRP road surface.The results show that the CPNRP asphalt pavement has good sound absorption and noise reduction capability and a certain noise reduction capability. |
