With the world's population continues to rise and energy is becoming scarcer,energy conservation and environmental protection have become the theme of the new era.However,the inverter air conditioning has the superiority in the low power consumption compared with the ordinary air conditioning.Compared with induction motors,permanent magnet synchronous motors have the advantages of high power factor and convenient control,therefore,it is widely used in the field of household and commercial air conditioners.The detection of the permanent magnet flux linkage is an important part of the whole system.Ordinary sensors are susceptible to high temperatures,high pressures,humid environments or chemical attack.Therefore,inverter air conditioner compressors need to use a sensorless algorithm to obtain permanent magnetic flux linkage information.Firstly,this paper analyzes the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor compared with other motors in air conditioning compressor,and then discusses the development of compressor control system nowdays and studies the type and structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor,followed by describing the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and coordinating transformation;finally introduces the control principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and SVPWM technology.Secondly,this paper proposes a permanent magnet flux linkage observation algorithm based on spherical simplex iterative.The algorithm uses the spherical simplex algorithm to ensure the real-time observation.At the same time,the gauss-newton iteration method is used to introduce the adjustment parameters in the process of observation and update.And the corresponding decision conditions,enhance the stability of the algorithm,and effectively improve the accuracy of flux linkage observation.When the observer is subject to external interference,the traditional unscented Kalman algorithm has the disadvantages of slow convergence rate and large amplitude of oscillation during convergence.A minimum skwe double adaptive permanent magnetic flux estimation method is proposed to improve the flux linkage identification.The convergence speed reduces the amplitude of the oscillation during convergence and ensures the real-time performance of the algorithm.Finally,the article uses TMS320F2812 model DSP as the core processor,and the integrated experimental platform including the driver circuit,IPM(inverter module main device)and sampling circuit is used to design and write the current speed function under the CCS3.1 development software.Module,Clark/Park transformation,vector control module program,permanent magnet flux observer,experimental results prove the correctness of theoretical research and simulation.
