As the main component of equipment industry,construction machinery is widely used in the fields of transportation construction,energy industry construction,mining and other raw material industry construction,agriculture,forestry and water conservancy construction,industrial and civil construction,urban construction and environmental protection.As the global manufacturing recovery and much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning is put forward,again coruscate gives new vitality in the field of engineering machine,engineering machinery in the field of innovation and technical progress also let our country engineering machinery to the world,but the current engineering machinery also has large energy consumption,energy recycle problem such as the effect is not ideal,therefore,research on energy saving and emission reduction will be the key for the future development of the industry,also is the construction of an important part of the environment friendly society in our country.This paper takes energy recovery and utilization of construction machinery as the target,hydraulic accumulator and asymmetric axial piston pump which are often used in construction machinery as research objects,and takes innovation as the leading role to carry out energy-saving research on hydraulic accumulator with pressure adjustable regulation.First of all,based on the hydraulic accumulator energy recycling for the purpose of the design scheme of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic system through the axis of symmetry to the plunger pump as power element in the pump control way of differential cylinder up and down,while recycling energy stored in the hydraulic system of hydraulic accumulator for the use of hydraulic system again;Secondly,based on the basis of the conventional hydraulic accumulator structure design of a pressure regulating hydraulic accumulator,pressure regulating hydraulic accumulator can be implemented in the working process of the hydraulic system of hydraulic accumulator chamber pressure regulation,which make up for the deficiency of the conventional hydraulic accumulator and hydraulic accumulator of hydraulic accumulator improvement provides the certain model reference value;Thirdly,AMESim software is used to conduct modeling and simulation analysis on the hydraulic system of asymmetric axial piston pump and hydraulic accumulator with adjustable pressure,so as to verify the rationality of the hydraulic model and the matching degree of model parameters;Finally,the pressure regulation of hydraulic accumulator in hydraulic system of the simulation results and the conventional hydraulic accumulator in hydraulic system of the simulation results were analyzed,by changing the parameters of the components of hydraulic system model to realize the pressure regulation of hydraulic accumulator in the energy-saving simulation analysis under different working conditions,and verify the performance of pressure regulating hydraulic accumulator practical significance,for the application in the engineering machinery hydraulic accumulator to give theory and model reference.
