The steel-concrete composite shear wall structure has good lateral stiffness and energy dissipation performance,and can provide good seismic resistance for high-rise structures.However,how can the performance of the modular assembled shear wall in a multi-layer structure? Whether it exerts its good seismic performance,it still has great research value.In this paper,a modular assembled shear wall structure is being designed,and taken as the research object.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,a two-layer finite element model of combined shear wall under different connection modes is established,which is verified by numerical simulation method.On the basis of the basic parameters analysis of the two-side joint and four-side joint two-layer shear wall structure model,the performance difference of the combined shear wall under two different connection modes and the different parameter pairs are obtained.Influenced by its performance,four frame column connection improvement schemes were finally designed to reduce the damage of frame columns and concrete slabs during loading.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The finite element model of a module steel plate shear wall test was established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the correctness of the numerical simulation method was verified.Through the use of full-scale,full-body modeling,and the damage constitutive of steel plate and concrete,the accuracy of the numerical simulation method is verified by comparing numerical simulation and experimental results under the application of reciprocating load.(2)The basic mechanical properties of the composite structure of the shear wall and the damage of the concrete slab are studied under the two-side connection mode.Under different parameters such as different span ratio,height to thickness ratio,stud distribution and spacing,concrete slab thickness and strength,the built-in studs of the modular shear wall are arranged in an array,and when the length of the stud is 150 mm,It can most effectively exert the performance of the combined shear wall of the module;the span ratio of the structure and the aspect ratio should not be too large.When the module combination shear wall module has a span ratio of 2/4 and a high thickness ratio of 225 The performance of the structure is optimal;the thickness of the concrete slab increases,the basic performance of the structure increases,but the strength of the concrete increases,and its structural performance has little effect.(3)The basic mechanical properties of the composite structure of the shear wall and the damage of the concrete slab and the internal force of the frame column are studied under the four-sided connection mode.Under different parameters such as axial compression ratio,span ratio,thickness ratio,stiffness ratio and concrete strength,the axial compression ratio and concrete strength have little effect on the basic performance of the structure,but the excessive axial compression ratio and concrete strength will increase.The damage of the large concrete and the internal force of the frame column;the thickness ratio,the stiffness ratio and the spanto-height ratio have the same effect on the structure.As the parameters increase,the basic mechanical properties of the combined shear wall module and the internal force of the frame column increase,but the concrete damage is reduced.(4)The basic performance of the combined shear wall structure of two different connection methods is compared and analyzed.The four-side joint shear wall structure has a great improvement in performance.Among them,the bearing capacity is increased by 75.1%,the energy consumption is increased by 91.5%,the initial stiffness is increased by 68.0%,and the damage of the two-layer concrete slab is greatly reduced.However,the degree of damage of one layer of concrete slabs has increased.At the same time,the internal force value of the oversized frame column will cause the frame column to be damaged during the loading process,so it is necessary to improve the system of the frame column.(5)The basic performance of the structure of five different frame columns and shear wall modules is studied.In the basic mechanical properties of the structure,the connection of the mild steel is maximized,and the connection between the middle part and the upper and lower parts is basically unchanged.The method is reduced;in the frame column internal force value and concrete damage,the middle part and the unconnected way can comprehensively reduce the internal force value of the frame column and the concrete damage condition,and the upper and lower parts and the soft steel connection mode will increase the internal force value of the frame column and Concrete damage.Therefore,the intermediate part connection method can effectively improve the damage of the frame column and the concrete slab,which has a good theoretical basis for practical engineering applications.
