| With the development of prefabricated buildings in China and the enhancement of the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,more and more prefabricated wallboard components are added with thermal insulation materials.At present,in the prefabricated buildings in China,the thermal insulation materials are mostly attached to the load-bearing components,while the research on the integrated wall panel of prefabricated thermal insulation and structure is still rare.Based on the previous research results,this paper proposes a new type of concrete assembled shear wall with the integration of heat preservation and structure,that is,a heat preservation board is embedded in the middle of the concrete shear wall,two rows of reinforcement are added on both sides,and the heat preservation board and concrete are combined to form a composite shear wall board through physical connection methods such as reinforcement binding,so as to give consideration to the heat preservation performance under the premise of ensuring the bearing performance of the wall board.Due to the complex structure of composite shear wall panels,if solid elements are used to build the model,a large number of elements will lead to a series of problems such as large calculations and non-convergence of results.In this paper,through the structural analysis of the proposed wallboard,a homogenization simplification method is proposed,which is equivalent to a kind of wallboard with single material attribute,and the simulation is carried out through the finite element software,and the simulation results are compared with the test to verify the reliability of the simplified calculation method.In order to further study the seismic performance of the wallboard in the structural system,a 6-story and a 12-story finite element model are established to analyze the seismic performance of the wallboard.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.According to the structural characteristics of the new type of assembled composite shear wall proposed in this paper,an equivalent simplified calculation method of homogenization is proposed,and the parametric formulas of elastic modulus,shear modulus and Poisson’s ratio after homogenization of the wall panel are derived;2.Using finite element software to establish the homogenized wall panel model,carry out the low cycle reciprocating test simulation of the wall panel,compare the calculation results with the test results,and analyze the error between the calculation results and the test results,verify that the homogenized simplified calculation method proposed in this paper is reliable;3.Taking a project under construction as a background,using finite element software to build a 6-storey building and a 12-storey finite element model,and perform modal analysis,response spectrum analysis,and transient dynamic analysis on the model to study the model natural vibration period,frequency,floor-to-floor displacement,floor vertex displacement and model bottom shear.Through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that the relevant seismic indicators of the assembled composite shear wall structure system can improve the thermal insulation performance of the structural system while meeting the relevant national regulations. |
