| With the rapid development of computer technology and the extensive use of CAD,CAE,CAM and other technologies in manufacturing enterprises,all kinds of product information data expand rapidly and become information islands,which brings great pressure to the project management of enterprises.Many manufacturing enterprises gradually realize that,in order to improve the efficiency of product development,in order to improve the efficiency of product development,in the process of implementation and implementation of product development projects,As one of the project tools,PDM and its related technology application and development is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the application and development of PDM in the manufacturing industry at home and abroad,this paper first describes the general situation of PDM and its application function and characteristics in automobile industry.Secondly,through the analysis of the history and application of PDM in the development process of G Company,and the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the PDM project itself and the project management,and the detailed data support,This paper analyzes and points out the advantages and disadvantages of PDM in G Company,and points out the key points that need to be optimized.First,PDM is a technical tool based on the application of product development.It requires G Company to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to upgrade and optimize training.So,how can we systematize experience in the actual project development process? It is a key link to sum up and form an effective system.Second,PDM in the actual application of some specific practical experience of the different contrast,different products,different development scope,how to make the PDM canbe large or small,to achieve the enterprise objectives,but also the difficulty of practical application.In view of the above two points,in combination with the control and practice process of PDM system in the development of the whole vehicle project of G Company,the design of the PDM organization structure and the overall division of labor planning are studied at first.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the division of responsibilities between the operational PDM team and the project planning and operation.At the same time,combining with G Company H model application PDM system to effectively solve the E-BOM management problem and the design and development of components based on PDM system,two examples are given.This paper discusses and summarizes how to optimize the key points that need to be prompted and the significance through the practical operation.Finally,aiming at the application of PDM in G Company,this paper summarizes and puts forward the improvement strategy at the present stage,which provides an effective reference and theoretical basis for the further application of PDM in G Company. |
