| With the rapid growth of the number of vehicles in China,various problems caused by it have also received widespread attention from the society.Therefore,new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles are gradually becoming the innovative development direction of the automobile industry.In this process,the model upgrade speed is relatively fast.Although the secondary development of the basic design software can improve the research and development efficiency,the secondary development based on a single software has problems such as not intuitive display of dimensional parameters,insufficient parameter management,and insufficient coherence between parameterized design and finite element analysis.In response to the above problems,this paper incorporated parametric modeling technology,VRML technology,database technology,CATIA secondary development technology and Workbench secondary development technology,and completed the overall plan design,construction and verification of the automobile parts design platform.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzed the current domestic and foreign research status of secondary development technology from multiple aspects,analyzed the use requirements of the auto parts design platform,and design the main functions of the platform according to the use requirements.Then,this paper researched the key technologies required for the development of various functions,determined multiple fusion development process of the platform,and completed the overall plan design of the platform.Secondly,this paper took the automobile universal joint as the research object,used parametric modeling technology,based on CATIA to perform parametric modeling,assembly and three dimensional labeling of each part.This paper used VRML technology to make VRML files of three dimensional annotation models and assembly models,used database technology,based on SQL Server designed parameter tables including the main size parameters of each part,and established a parameter database.This paper took the ball cage universal joint as an example,based on Workbench established a finite element analysis model and solved the calculation,analyzed the equivalent stress distribution and displacement deformation of the model.The above research contents provided parameterized models,VRML resource files,initial parameter database and finite element analysis process for the platform construction work.Finally,this paper designed the user interface for the platform in accordance with the human-computer interface design principles,and explained the function of each control in the interface in detail,analyzed platform’s parametric modeling function,three dimensional model display function,parameter database management function and finite element analysis function,and realized the above functions to complete the overall construction of the platform.This paper made the installation program for the platform,realized the rapid deployment of the platform in the target computer,verified the various functions of the platform and analyzed the operating results to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the automobile parts design platform. |
