Micro-grid,is a new type of power organization structure composed of a combination of miniature power supplies,load devices,energy storage devices,and corresponding control systems.Micro-grid itself can realize self-control,self-protection and self-management,so it can not only operate combined to the grid,but also can operate independently.The development of micro-grids can promote the large-scale access of new energy power to the main grid,to realize an initiative distribution network,which is one of the very important solutions for the development of traditional grids to smart grids.S company is one of the leader enterprises in domestic in the field of secondary power equipment,and has invested a lot of resources in researching stable control technology of micro-grid and developing related products.In order to ensure the effectiveness and success of project research and improve the researching and developing capability,S company chose to cooperate with a famous Professor of Electronic Engineering Department from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to conduct and development the research project.Based on a conclusion of risk management and research and development project risk management theories,this thesis aims at the international research and development cooperation project between S company and MIT,which will develop micro-grid control technology.Through the analysis of the potential risk factors,the data and information,the thesis summarizes the possible situations in the R&D activities during the development process,and uses the Delphi Method to identify various risk factors.Inviting relevant experts to give points,the thesis sorts out and summarizes,feedbacks to the experts,and continues to count the scores,and finally identifies the risk factors which will affect S company's micro-grid stability technology R&D project,and identifies the most important factors which are market risk,management risk,technical risk and environmental risk.We have come to the conclusion that the most important risks affecting the S company's micro grid stabilization technology R&D project come from four factors: market risk,management risk,technical risk,and environmental risk.Then these four items were subdivided,and the risk factors at the next level were derived to form the risk evaluation index system of the project,and the risk level of the project was analyzed.Through the collection of relevant expert opinions and data,using the analytic hierarchy process,the project risk factor ranking model was constructed and the risk assessment analysis was conducted.It is concluded that in the implementation of the project,attention needs to be paid to cooperation risk,market demand risk,product cost performance risk,and R&D effectiveness risk.According to the results of the assessment,the impact of various risk factors on the progress of the company's projects is analyzed,and risk management and control countermeasures are proposed.It is proposed to increase publicity and promotion to develop market potential;to strengthen process management and increase product cost performance;to use its own advantages to capture market opportunities.Give full play to the role of partners and enhance their influence;rationalize R&D management and improve R&D efficiency;establish a sound risk management system and foster risk awareness;and rationally use government research and development support policies.Thus,the company's own R&D project risk system is gradually formed.This thesis proposes a set of feasible risk identification,assessment analysis,and control response for international cooperative research and development project risk management through the research on the risk of the joint development of microgrid control technology by S Company and MIT.It provides a reference for enterprises that use international resources for scientific and technological R&D projects,and has a positive effect on improving the level of corporate project management and control and R&D strength.
