In this paper,a kind of assembled concrete beam-to-column joints with section steel connections is proposed.The beam-to-column joints consist of precast concrete columns,precast concrete beams and I-steel joints,which are joined together by bolt connection and welding.The beam-column joint has the advantages of accurate assembly positioning and fast assembly speed.This paper mainly includes the following three parts:(1)Test of prefabricated anchor type steel joint assembled concrete beam and its finite element analysisThe test of four prefabricated concrete beams was carried out.The deformation of the anchor-type steel joints,the force of the steel joints and the failure mode of the test pieces were studied.It was concluded that the test pieces can meet the requirements of use.The overall analysis and analysis of the test piece and the support verified the test results.(2)Test of prefabricated steel joints assembled concrete members and finite element analysisThe comparative tests of three prefabricated concrete members and one common concrete member were carried out.The bearing capacity and deformation of four members were studied.The mechanical properties of the filled steel joints were optimized.And verified by ABAQUS finite element analysis.(3)ABAQUS finite element analysis of fabricated steel beam-column jointsOn the basis of the first two parts,the steel joint-assembled concrete beam-column joints focused on finite element analysis.Finally,the new fabricated beam-column joints have excellent mechanical properties.
