As an important part of the servo control system,the performance of the servo engine directly affects the overall performance of the servo system.The electric steering gear has become a research hotspot because of its simple structure,high reliability,small size and so on.With the development of power electronics technology and permanent magnet motor,high power density,small volume,simple structure,flexible control of the new type of permanent magnet brushless dc motor in the rocket,aircraft,missiles,and other areas of the aircraft has been widely applied,and the aircraft control system properties such as high reliability,high sensitivity,high precision demand is higher and higher.This paper designs a set of high performance and high reliability electric steering gear controller with high performance digital signal processor as control unit and modern intelligent control technology.This paper takes the permanent magnet brushless dc motor as the control object,briefly introduces the structure of the electric steering gear,emphatically analyzes the mathematical model and working principle of the control object,and designs a set of hardware circuit with small volume and high reliability.Considering the urgency and maturity of engineering application,a typical three-closed-loop control strategy of current loop,speed loop and position loop is adopted.As the most critical part of the control system,the position loop adopts the eddy current angular displacement sensor with high precision and small volume as the feedback device to improve the reliability and control precision of the system.The controller performance is verified by the established test platform.The test results show that the controller meets the design standard,has high reliability and has certain engineering reference value.The main content of the paper is as follows:1.The design standard of the controller is given.The composition and principle of the control object are introduced,and its mathematical model is established.2.Based on servo system,a set of one-and-two actuator controller is developed,and it takes DSP+CPLD as the core control structure,and the corresponding power filter and conversion circuit,serial communication circuit,over-current protection circuit,signal detection circuit and so on.3.The control strategy of the system is designed and the classical three-closed-loop feedback control algorithm is adopted.The control module,sampling module and serial communication module are designed.The relevant program of steering gear is designed.
