With the speed increase of China's railways,the research on the maintenance strategy of bogies has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the K6 type bogie of C80 truck is taken as the research object.Based on the Weibull distribution model,the distribution law of main faults is obtained,and the existing railway truck maintenance system in China is supplemented.The main contents of the full text are as follows:(1)Analyze the fault data of 18,768 faults of a company's self-provided railway freight car bogie in 2018,and use the fault mode impact analysis method to classify each fault and convert the K6 bogie.The severity,degree of occurrence and detectability of the 17 faults of the wheel-to-wheel diameter difference overrun,wheelset tread circumferential wear limit,axle box rubber pad crack,etc.were divided into four levels,according to the three products,The number of risk sequences is ranked,from high to low,and the faults with more occurrences of the wheel pair are determined.The two-wheel diameter difference is over-limit,the tread partial depression,the tread circumferential wear limit and the rim thickness over-limit,and the side frame occurs.The fault with a large number of times is that the life of the axle box rubber mat is expired,and the fault that the bolster occurs frequently is the expiration of the axial rubber mat life and the expiration of the life of the axle box rubber mat.(2)Using the Weibull distribution to analyze the probability distribution of the fault distribution of the wheelset,side frame and bolster of the bogie,combined with the maintenance strategy and maintenance system,respectively,for the wheel-pair two-wheel diameter difference overrun,axlebox rubber The maintenance of seven types of faults,such as mat life expired and axial rubber mat life expired,was supplemented and improved;(3)The finite element analysis of the wheelset is carried out,and the fatigue times of the two-wheel diameter difference overrun fault are obtained by simulation calculation.The Birnbaum-Saunders distribution model is used to select some data for simulation,and the results will be obtained.Compared with the actual data,the accuracy of the model is verified.(4)Based on the component life prediction model,the life management decision support expert system for C80 freight car bogie maintenance was constructed to predict the maintenance of key components of the bogie.A suitable research solution is provided for the maintenance of future bogies.
