In this thesis,a steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber is designed to solve the steering wheel vibration of a commercial vehicle.The entire process of the development of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber is involved in this thesis,including the establishment of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber dynamic model,the identification of the main system modal parameters at the installation position of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber,the optimization design of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber parameters,structural design and process design of steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber,finite element prediction and actual measurement of the natural frequency of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber,and verification of the loading effect of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber.Firstly,a dynamic model of the single-degree-of-freedom steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber is established.The dynamic amplification factor of the displacement of the main system and the damping effect of the steering wheel dynamic shock absorber are defined.The modal parameter identification method based on the least square iteration method is used to identify the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber installation position.From the results,the fitted curve is highly consistent with the actual curve.The feasibility and accuracy of the modal parameter identification method based on the least square iterative method are verified.The multi-objective optimization design and the 6Sigma robustness analysis design are used in the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber design,and robust analysis of the two design schemes are carried out.The structure of the steering wheel dynamic shock absorber is designed and the manufacturing process route of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber is formulated to meet both product performance requirements and production process requirements.Secondly,the natural frequency of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber is predicted by using the finite element analysis method.The standard rubber test columns and rubber test pieces are made.Uniaxial compression experiments are performed on the rubber test columns and flat tensile tests are performed on the rubber test pieces.The obtainedexperimental data of rubber material are converted into Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model material parameters in Abaqus software.The hammer method and the shaker excitation methods are used to measure the natural frequency of the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber.The test results show that the test methods are different and the natural frequency test results are different.The relative error between the natural frequency finite element prediction result and the actual measurement result is relatively small,which shows that the method of predicting the natural frequency of the steering wheel vibration shock absorber by the finite element method is feasible.Finally,according to different design schemes,three steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber are made,and the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber are loaded for NVH testing.The test results show that:(1)Installing the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber can effectively reduce the steering wheel vibration;(2)In the case of manufacturing errors,compared with the deterministic optimization design,the steering wheel dynamic vibration absorber designed by 6Sigma robust optimization has better damping effect.The research results in this thesis have certain reference and guiding significance for the design and development of automotive dynamic vibration absorbers.
