In recent years, with the popularity of smart mobile terminals,GPS positioning systems have been deployed in mobile phones or terminal devices such as automobiles.Using mobile crowd sensing technology to collect user information and mine valuable content has become one of the current hot content.Among them,location-based crowd sensing services are widely used,so they have received a lot of attention. It is one of the applications to use urban vehicles to upload GPS positioning to detect urban vehicle density. But one drawback of crowd sensing services is that they rely heavily on the data provided by users.Users are often very concerned about their data security. For example,in the urban vehicle density detection application, the location of the vehicle is leaked, and the exact position of the driver itself is revealed. So the security of data is a very important point for data uploaders. In order to solve the data security problem existing in location-based crowd sensing applications, many scholars have proposed related solutions at this stage. There are some privacy protection technologies which is based on policy law, distortion method, anonymous method and encryption method. These solutions all protect location privacy to a certain extent, but in the current proposed solution, except encryption technology and differential privacy technology, other solutions can not resist background knowledge attacks. The encrypted data has problems that are difficult to operate, and the encryption efficiency is also a problem that cannot be ignored.Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a location privacy protection scheme for large-scale urban vehicles based on differential privacy technology, and its application background is aimed at vehicle density detection in cities.Differential privacy protection technology is a new privacy protection technology that has emerged in recent years and has a wide range of applications.Because of its ability to resist background knowledge attacks,it has received extensive attention in recent years. There are already some differential privacy protection technologies that can be applied to location protection, which can achieve good location privacy protection. However, when applied to urban vehicle density detection, because urban space tends to be large and there are many vehicles, there is currently no onethat can well protect the privacy of the location while ensuring certain data availability.Based on the geo-indistinguishability technology which is based on differential privacy protection technology, this paper solves the problems of wide-area location privacy protection and data availability by dividing the location protection scope into smaller areas and combining secret sharing technology. In order to verify the reliability of the scheme, this paper conducts experiments based on the real data set and compares it with the classical scheme called Laplace differential privacy protection technology. The experimental results show that our scheme achieves better privacy protection than the Laplace mechanism under the same geographical environment. At the same time, the calculation cost of this scheme is also tested, and the test results are also in line with expectations, which proves that the feasibility of our scheme is very good.
