Research On The Mixed-use Design Of Innovative Science And Technology Park In The Pearl River Delta Region

In recent years,with the development of knowledge economy,the transformation of cities and the adjustment of industrial structure,Industrial park has entered a new period of development.Innovative Science and Technology Park emerged at the historic moment is different from traditional Industrial Park.Single functional composition can no longer meet the development needs of the park.Innovative industries,innovative enterprises and innovative talents all put forward new requirements for the functional design of the park.Cities require Innovative Science and Technology Park to perform their urban functions and become an integral part of cities.The core functions of Innovative Science and Technology Park also extend from industrial agglomeration and land development to innovation incubation and community construction.It is of great practical significance to study the mixed-use design of Innovative Science and Technology Park under the new background.This paper takes the Innovative Science and Technology Park in the pearl river delta region as the main research object,hoping to play a role in the design of parks around the country.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research background,objectives and significance,defines the research scope,formulates research methods and research framework,and combs the research status of Science and Technology Parks and mixed-use at home and abroad through literature review.The second chapter elaborates the basic concepts and development process of " Innovative Science and Technology Park" and "Mix-use" respectively,limits the research object and content of this paper,analyses the relevant theory of mixed-use as the theoretical basis for later research,summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of Innovative Science and Technology Park in China,and selects park cases as practical reference.The third chapter analyses the external and internal factors of the mixed-use design of Innovative Science and Technology Park,and clarifies the characteristics and needs of the park.The forth chapter classifies the functional composition of Innovative Science and Technology Park,combines the characteristics of the use behavior of each function,and analyses the relationship between each function,which serves as the direct basis for the following conclusions.The fifth chapter summarizes the proportion of function allocation,the relative position relationship of each function,the single-dimension and multi-dimension mixed-use layout mode of Innovative Science and Technology Park according to the above research contents,and demonstrates it with practical cases.
