According to the structural parameters and flow distribution principle of the rotatingsleeve distributing-flow system for plunger pump,the friction pair formed by the pump body and the rotating sleeve of the system,coupled with the commercial CFD software and the lubrication theory modeling and programming method,analyzed the pump body under oil lubrication.The lubrication characteristics of the friction pair formed by the rotary sleeve are as follows:(1)Based on the structural parameters of the rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system for plunger pump,the oil lubrication analysis model is constructed.The Fluent software was used to simulate the flow field containing the oil film,and the user-defined function was programmed to calculate and output the friction sub-load data to solve the ladder.The position correction problem of the oil film in the finite difference method lubrication calculation program.By analyzing the influence of different parameters of the oil film on the lubrication characteristics of the radial sliding bearing in the oil film bearing area,the structural parameters of the oil chamber were optimized,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.The results show that when the center angle of the oil chamber is 125°,the thickness of the oil inlet cavity should not be too large;when the thickness of the oil inlet cavity is 100?m,the system can achieve full film lubrication when the center angle of the oil cavity is below 60°;The central angle can reduce the total load of the friction pair,but it will increase the variation range of the load acting angle;appropriately increasing the viscosity of the hydraulic oil has no obvious influence on the friction pair load,and can improve the bearing capacity of the oil film.(2)According to the influence characteristics of the oil inlet structure on the lubrication characteristics of the friction pair between the pump body and the rotating sleeve,a new structural optimization scheme was proposed,and a new analysis model is formed through the "sliding bearing" at both ends of the rotating sleeve to simplify the analysis model.In the Fluent simulation calculation,the multi-grid algorithm was introduced to calculate the deviation angle and eccentricity of the rotating sleeve.The dynamic variation law of the rotating center of the rotating sleeve under time-varying load was obtained.Subsequently,by modifying the boundary conditions of the finite difference method lubrication calculation program,the bearing of the oil film circumferential oil film was calculated,and the oil film pressure distribution and film thickness of the distribution system were calculated and analyzed accurately.The research results show that the width-to-diameter ratio of the “sliding bearing” formed by the swivel-pump body should be 0.5~0.6;in the Fluent coordinate system,it is affected by the time-varying load,and the rotation center coordinate of the swivel sleeve changes between 135.4°~157.2°.The oil film circumferential oil film bearing is small,but when the hydraulic oil viscosity is high,the oil film circumferential oil film bearing has a positive effect on reducing the maximum oil film pressure.
