Research On Structural Technology Of New Chinese Style Residence

Among the creations of contemporary residence,the new Chinese style residence has became an architecture design form which corresponds the traditional architecture greatly.The new Chinese style residence takes the Chinese traditional culture as the starting point,maintains the essence of the traditional Chinese architectural culture,and effectively integrates the modern architectural elements and modern construction technology,which reflects the new pursuit of the current Chinese people for the ideal mode of residence.This paper takes the inheritance and development of the “Xiangshan Style” which is the representative of Suzhou architecture style in China as a guide and uses the literature research method to analyze the traditional construction skills of Suzhou architecture style.This paper takes the project of Suzhou Rose Garden(now known as Suzhou Peach Garden)as an example which is a new Chinese cultural mansion built by Green Town Group in Suzhou city by personally participation in the design process and conduction a lot of field research after the project was completed.This paper holds that employing the Xiangshan Style is the greatest culture advantage of Suzhou Rose Garden,and replacing traditional building materials with modern materials is the technical reason for the success of the project.Through the graphic analysis method,this paper further analyzes the technical application of materials and structure to evaluate the opportunities and challenges of the development of new Chinese style residence at this stage.This paper concludes that by replacing traditional building materials,modern materials fully meet the construction requirements of the new Chinese style residence through employing modern structural technology,which improves the functional defects of traditional buildings,makes them more suitable for the current modern and fashionable lifestyle,improves the market competitiveness of new Chinese style residence,and makes better inheritance and innovation for traditional architectural culture and construction skills.Finally,this paper summarizes and comments on the current situation of material structure and structural technology application of contemporary new Chinese residence,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide valuable case reference and experience reference for the new characteristics and trend of New Chinese Style residence.
