Nowadays,in order to cope with the shortage of China's oil resources and the heavy dependence on energy imports,the development of electric vehicles has become one of the important directions of China's strategic layout.In this paper,a phase-shifted full-bridge(PHASE SWITCH FULL BRIGE,PSFB)DC-DC converter is studied and designed based on the technical requirements of the enterprise.The soft-switching technology and synchronous rectification technology are also studied.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly,the control strategy of soft-switching technology is analyzed and compared based on the analysis of the topological characteristics of various PSFB DC-DCs.The working principle and technical problems of ZVS PSFB DC-DC,which has obvious advantages,are analyzed and designed,and the PSFB DC-DC transform is studied.Secondly,the device parameters of the PSFB DC-DC converter are designed by using the formula method based on the theoretical analysis.The simulation platform was built by Matlab/Simulink,and the design parameters were verified by simulation.The hardware circuit design of PSFB DC-DC converter was completed.Finally,the research results of this paper were verified on the experimental prototype of PSFB DC-DC converter(parameter: input 300V~420VDC,output is 14 V,power level is 1600W).The experimental results show that the design of this paper meets the requirements of vehicle power supply.PSFB DC-DC converter studied by this paper has high efficiency,small output voltage ripple and stable voltage.
