Research On Cause Chain Of Building Template Collapse Accident Based On Association Rules

Construction is an important pillar industry in Chinese national economy and one of the industries with high casualties.The status quo of safety management is not optimistic.Among them,the collapse accident is a "high-risk and high-risk" accident.Once it occurs,it is easy to cause group injury and death.The cause of accidents regards the cause of accidents as the result of multiple factors.However,the existing literature often considers the effect of factors alone,ignoring the interaction between factors to analyze collapse accidents.Therefore,based on the cause of the accident and the investigation report about the collapse of the building formwork,this paper constructs the causal chain of the collapse of the building formwork,and determines the key factors of the collapse of the building formwork and the hierarchical structure diagram between the causal factors.It provides new ideas and new methods for preventive measures in collapse accidents.Based on the intensive study about the occurrence path of the collapse of building formwork and the accident-causing theory,the causes of the collapse of building formwork are determined from the four aspects.They are human,material,organization and environment.The specific performance of each factor is given and forming the accident-causing analysis model about the collapse of building formwork.Based on the report about 100 accidents of collapse of building formwork.The text information of the report was converted into a data structure by using the “0-1” standard,and a database oabout the cause of collapse of building formwork was established,which can provides a data foundation for the reserch in the future association rule.The Apriori algorithm based on association rules is used to investigate the database about the cause of collapse of building formwork,and the causing chain of the collapse of building formwork is obtained.At the same time,using DEMATEL-ISM method,the factors causing the collapse of building formwork are hierarchically divided,and the multi-level hierarchical structure modelof building template collapse accident is constructed.The influence degree,centrality and cause degree of each factor are studied.According to the four aspects,environment,organization,on-site supervision and personnel,the countermeasures and suggestions for preventing the collapse of building formwork are put forward.This study not only identifies the cause of the collapse of the building formwork,but also constructs the cause chain and hierarchical structure model of the collapse of the building formwork in China.It has certain practical significance in proposing measures and methods for preventing the collapse ojf the building formwork.
