Research On The Problems And Strategies Of The Implementation Of The SAP System Project Of TTE Auto Electronics Company

As vehicle sales quantities increased year by year in China market,supplier such as Tier1 and Tier2 supplier components to OEM,are expanding their market year by year.With the expansion of market scales,the demand of enterprise information management is more urgent than usual.SAP is an enterprise management and solution software.SAP is highly used by China automatic enterprises due to its high effective information management.TTE is an province important high technical enterprise in Fujian province which began to implement SAP system project in 2014.In the process of implementation and maintenance of SAP system,five main problems showed in following: first,lack of enterprise resources,insufficient funds and human resources,which difficult to provide sufficient resources for the implementation of project;second,high cost of project implementation,the cost of software is expensive but also the second development cost is very expensive during implementation process,which is a great challenge for TTE company;third,high risk of implementation this project,TTE company lacks of experiences and abilities to handle this risk effectively,which affects the efficiency of implementation this project and the use of the system;fourth,there are many factors involved when implementation the system,including resource factors,project organization and management factors,which are affect the efficiency of system implementation.Fifth,ignore new technologies such as huge data,cloud computing,the internet of things which could effect management strategy due to lack of enough data to support.Based on information management system,soft engineering and project management theories,with using document analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method,analysis the implementation of SAP system project and basic project management theories,this paper analysis the implementation and application SAP system in TTE company,and have found out the main problems during SAP implementation and application project.Afterwards,propose improvement strategy throughout resources integrate and improvement,cost control,risk management,project efficiency promotion and combine new technologies of big data,cloudy technology and internet of things.the purpose is to enhance the practicability of SAP system,system normalization and promote project efficiency,furthermore to avoid the risk of this SAP system project.Thorough the study,it not only enrich the study of SAP system project implementation in enterprise,but also has important practical and promotion value in automotive electronics industry.
