Along with the automobile market is close to saturation in our country,at the same time facing more and more extensive competition from companies from Japan,South Korea,Europe and the United States,and other countries,coupled with the forces of new motor company pouring into,increasingly fierce competition between domestic automobile production enterprises.In the new normal industry environment,automotive manufacturing enterprises to ensure each product development project successfully put into production in the scheduled time,cost and quality requirements,need to grasp the three core goal cost,quality of time cost and quality in a project,in order to better adapt to the development requirements of users and enterprises.Time,cost and quality limit for a project have always been the importance three goals of project management to control,is also the most concerned control target of automobile manufacturing companies such as J company.The connotation and control methods of the time limit,cost and quality for a project is different in different industries,but they also can influence each other.For automobile enterprises such as J Company,it is impossible to achieve optimal results for the three goals of project time,cost and quality simultaneously,due to the existence of constraints and conflicts.This paper aims to study "time,cost and quality limit " the three comprehensive target optimization of automobile research and development project,help enterprises to make the optimal decision,with J company vehicle development project as the research object,reference related literature,combined with relevant multi-objective programming theory,construct the automobile enterprise R&D project "time-cost-quality" comprehensive optimization model.The model exploration contents are as follows:(1)Consider the front and back relationship between various project activities in the process of automobile R&D project,and this matching relationship is reflected in the optimization calculation process of project duration.(2)Studied QPSO algorithm in multi-objective optimization,how to solve and perfect the non-dominant solution set.(3)How to use entropy TOPSIS method to select the optimal solution in the non-dominant solution set to support the enterprise managers to make the optimal decision.In this paper,on the basis of conventional multi-objective model,using quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm(QPSO)intelligent optimization algorithms be used more in other industries,innovative to introduce the vehicle research and development projects.For the management of automobile research and development project with the high dimension and multi-objective,provides a more intelligent and rational management model,at the same time,introduced a concept of entropy is commonly used in information theory,relying on entropy TOPSIS algorithm,assist project managers to make optimal decisions,make this research more practical significance and value.
