| In the current economic and social environment,the backdrop of the reform of electricity sales,power supply company which faces the new challenges such as market opening,system reform and collision of old and new electricity ideas will suffer new risks.Electricity charge,the major income of power supply company is the external value of the power supply company’s products,electricity recovery is often used to measure the power supply company’s business activities,the risk in the whole process of electricity charge,from producing to eventually may cause electricity charge’s loss.First,this article elaborated the research background and significance,through read domestic literature and foreign literature,to summarize the research status domestic and overseas.Clarify the concept of the risk,the risk management and the process management,analysis the risk management’s four steps: risk identification,risk evaluation,risk control and risk control evaluation as the basis theory foreshadowing for the follow-up study.According to the requirements of the four steps,this paper elaborated how to manage the risk in the whole process of electricity charge with combination of theory and practice.Then,this paper expounds the current electricity charge management of QuanZhou power supply company,and sorts out the whole current electricity charge flow by the production process analysis method,and uses the risk factor analysis method to elaborates the specific details of work in each link in the whole process,identifying the risk by taking the whole process of electricity charge as an analysis object.Then,using the risk map and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk factors in the whole process of electricity charge.Based on the previous research in this paper,the research starts the study of the risk control.In this part,not only thinking deeply about the work whether useful to the risk control and how to perfect the details,but also designing and perfecting the risk early warning system and the audit of internal control system design,system monitoring object is the risk factors and job completion,thus forming a complete set of risk control system.Afterwards,with applying the characteristics of quantitative and qualitative analysis and the trend analysis method to design the risk control evaluation scheme will make the risk control system adjust to the actual situation.Hoping this risk control system will has application value for the practical work,effectively avoid the risk of electricity in the daily work,guarantee the complete recovery of electricity fees,provide the better and faster power supply and the high-quality service to customers,and structure a harmonious relationship between the power supply and clients. |
