With the rapid development of China's economy,the energy problem has become particularly prominent.The main policy to solve the current energy crisis in China is to develop large-scale thermal power units.However,large-scale thermal power units require plenty of water.In order to save water resources and build large scale thermal power units in water-deficient areas,the supporting air cooling projects are proposed for large-scale air-cooled thermal power units.In particular,it is an important task for the world energy construction and development to solve the contradiction of water shortage by constructing the air cooling project of pithead power station.In order to successfully complete the power station air cooling project,sufficient research on its risk management must be performed.The air cooling project of Bharat power station is an overseas project,which is featured by short cycle,heavy task and other disadvantages,and has complex and changeable risks.Therefore,the research on risk management of the air cooling project of Bharat power station is of great practical significance for the smooth implementation of the project.According to the specific characteristics of the air cooling project of Bharat power station,first of all,the dissertation introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this project,and puts forward the research framework of this dissertation based on the review of relevant domestic and foreign research literature.Secondly,it describes the background and implementation content of the project,establishes the WBS structure,and lists the risk factors and causes of the project.Thirdly,according to the risk identification principle,it carries out the risk identification of the air cooling project of the power station,analyzes the identified risks,and completes the risk identification of the air cooling project of Bharat power station by establishing the WBS-RBS structure.Then,it adopts the analytic hierarchy process to build a risk evaluation model,establish and calculate the risk judgment matrix,and transform the qualitative analysis of impact degree of the project risk to quantitative analysis,so as to quantify each risk.Finally,this dissertation introduces the measures and methods to deal with risks,and puts forward the risk control countermeasures from the five dimensions of project schedule,cost,safety,quality and management according to the risk weight calculated by analytic hierarchy process.While meeting the requirements of the project,the risk of the project is reduced as far as possible,which provides a reference for the smooth operation of the air-cooling projects of the subsequent power stations.
