As a special working vehicle for cleaning road sweeper,the road sweeper plays an increasingly important role in the process of urban road cleaning.At present,domestic sweepers generally use a dual-engine power system,that is,a sweeper is equipped with two engines to provide power for the travel system and the work device,but such a power system will bring a lot of drawbacks.Such as high manufacturing costs,noise and exhaust emissions.Therefore,this subject will mainly study single-engine engineering sweeping vehicles to achieve energy saving and emission reduction on the sweeping vehicle.However,for special vehicles such as sweeping vehicles,power distribution and decoupling are technical problems that must be encountered to achieve the power drive of a single engine sweeper.This paper aims to study the energy-saving and environment-friendly single-engine sweeping vehicle power system.Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of the sweeping vehicle,the power-taking schemes of three single-engine sweeping vehicle power systems are proposed: mechanical power take-off,full hydraulic drive,mechanical hydraulic compound transfer case,Comprehensively comparing the performance and shortcomings of the three schemes,the power-taking scheme of the mechanical hydraulic compound transfer case was finally determined.The scheme adopts mechanical transmission in the transition mode,which can realize fast transition.The walking system adopts hydraulic transmission,which can realize stepless speed regulation,and the walking system and the working system do not interfere with each other,completely solving the power distribution and decoupling problem of single engine sweeper.Then,according to the cleaning process and operation requirements of the cleaning vehicle,the design of the cleaning vehicle and the hydraulic system of the working device are completed;The kinematics and dynamics analysis of the sweeping vehicle were carried out.According to the calculation results,the main components of the hydraulic system were selected and matched,and the working efficiency of the pump and motor in the closed hydraulic system was discussed,and the efficiency curve was drawn by Matlab software.Finally,the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated by AMESim hydraulic simulation software.The speed response and the system pressure change under the starting conditions,the braking condition,the climbing condition and complex load conditions of the hydraulic system in the working hydraulic system are analyzed.Dynamic response changes.The simulation results show that the vehicle hydraulic system solution can meet the requirements of various working conditions.Therefore,the design of single engine power system using mechanical hydraulic compound transfer case is feasible.
