The coverage of highways in China has put the road maintenance industry under tremendous pressure to increase the quality,requiring the industry to transform into a modern mode of operation standardization,engineering precision,and production greening.The development of the towed road sweeper is designed to effectively solve the engineering problems such as cleaning,collecting and transporting large-sized light-duty garbage such as pebbles and woven bags,such as large-sized light garbage and branches,and so on.The comparative advantages in efficiency,energy saving effect,operation and maintenance,and investment cost,properly solve the problem of cleaning the national and provincial roads and rural roads in the county.In order to ensure the cleaning ability and the cleaning level of the towed road sweeper,this paper simulates the main sweeping performance.The specific steps are as follows: Firstly,through 3D modeling,adding constraints,setting material properties and working parameters,The virtual prototype system;secondly,according to the selection scheme and basic performance requirements of the components,the threshold range of the working parameters is determined;then the simulation of the brushing trajectory is performed based on ADAMS to check the overlapping condition of the cleaning trajectory of the brush,and the main sweep is cleaned for simulation analysis.The distribution of garbage particles is provided according to the ability;the orthogonal test scheme of L9(34)is determined,and the garbage particle motion of each working condition of the cleaning operation is simulated based on ADAMS.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed,and the driving speed of the operation is revealed.The influence of the three working parameters of the main rolling speed and the height of the main rolling center on the movement trajectory of the garbage particles is preferably selected from four sets of parameters that meet the cleaning ability and cleaning requirements,that is,when the working speed is v=8km/h.It is advisable to use the matching parameters of the main rolling speed n=210r/min,the main sweeping height from the ground to the ground height h=380mm,or adopt n=260r/m Matching parameters of and h=385mm;when v=14km/h,matching parameters of n=260r/min and h=375mm should be adopted;when v=20km/h,n=160r/min and h=385mm should be adopted.Matching parameters.In order to make the materializing device have better performance-to-weight ratio,based on the mechanical properties of the camphor tree tensile test,the two kinds of materials,the spiral blade axis with the nominal diameter of 125 mm were crushed and destroyed.The finite element analysis of the camphor branches under the condition of ANSYS shows that when the shaft diameter of the spiral blade is 30 mm and 40 mm respectively,the ZGMn13 material can obtain more ideal branch damage effect than the Q345 material;ZGMn13 When the material rod diameter is 30 mm,the branch damage effect is close to the effect of the Q345 material rod diameter of 40 mm.At this time,not only the spiral blade shaft weight can be reduced by about 12%,but also the conveying capacity of the collecting device can be improved by about 35%..The research results of this paper provide a reliable basis for the control strategy formulation of the operating parameters of the towed sweeping vehicle under the condition of working conditions,and the superior performance weight ratio and conveying capacity of the collecting device.
