During the operation of the construction lifting machinery,the foundation of the construction lifting machinery directly bears the load transmitted from them,which plays a vital role in the construction safety process.In recent years,with the increasing complexity of the building structure and construction environment,in order to adhere to the safety development and to curb the occurrence of major accidents,higher requirements have been placed on the foundation's form and reliability.In the calculation and verification of the foundation,the experimental and analytical calculation methods currently used often have problems such as long design cycle,poor reliability,low economical and too dependent on personal experience.In view of the above problems,through the research of reasonable simulation of foundation analysis in computer-aided engineering software,the development of a special construction lifting machinery foundation engineering analysis system can provide a certain reference for the majority of engineering construction technicians in the foundation design calculation process,with significance and value of engineering applications.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:1.Analyze the type and form of the foundation of the construction foundation lifting machinery under different working conditions.Study the type and structure of the natural foundation and the roof combination foundation.Combine the secondary development technology of engineering analysis software to extract the reinforced concrete structure and fastener type.The characteristic parameters of the steel pipe support system lay the basic for engineering simulation analysis and system construction.2.Study the nonlinear material properties of concrete and steel bars.Determine the constitutive model of common concrete materials and steel materials,and use numerical calculation software to solve the stress-strain curve parameters.Study the reasonable simulation of concrete infrastructure and material simulation methods in engineering analysis software.3.Analyze and determine the calculation method of the fastener-type steel pipe support system.Based on the semi-rigid connection characteristics that affect the bearing capacity ofthe supporting system,study the nonlinear relationship between the bending moment and the corner of the right angle fastener.Obtain the initial stiffness of the fastener under different tightening torques.Determines the assumptions of the analysis model and how the nodes are handled.4.Analyze the requirements of construction lifting machinery foundation engineering analysis system.Determine the function and analysis process of the system.Study the external program method and obtain the information function based on Win32 API,to make the system successfully call the supporting software.Study the way of data exchange of the system based on Socket communication technology.Determine the system is a three-tier architecture,based on the Visual Studio development environment and related supporting software,design and implement the functions of each module of the system.Through specific application,the system developed in this paper can reasonably simulate the basic analysis and calculation of construction lifting machinery and meet the actual needs of enterprises.Research results play a role of reference and guidance in improving the digital level of construction safety calculation,and has good engineering application value.
